What is individual trip design?

 

At Feelnow tours, we take the work out of planning your vacation.

 

Our do-it yourself (DIY) tours are designed for travelers who want to get the best prices on flights, accommodation, ground transportation and local attractions, but still have the flexibility to see and do what they’d like in a given city.

 

Our individual trip design will be perfect for you if:

 

• You want enjoy a customized vacation, but are tired of wasting money on expensive travel agencies

• You have an idea on what you’d like to do, but are not sure exactly where to go

• You don’t want to waste time searching online for the lowest prices on hotels, flights and attractions (but you know there are deals out there!)  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our travel consultants are experienced, friendly and ready to take the work out of your vacation planning. We’ll find you the lowest price on catered vacation packages as well as DIY tour packages for the more independent travelers.

 

 

Here’s how it works:

 

Step One:

  Call and speak to one of our friendly travel consultants, or send us a message with your vacation preferences

 

Step Two:

  Our travel consultants will make suggestions based on your needs. From flight and ground transportation to hotels and attractions!

 

Step Three:

  If you have already confirmed the final price of your package, kindly transfer the full fare to our company account. Our banking details are located below.

To ensure we correctly match the transaction to your account, we ask that you complete the following steps:

 

• Insert your full name as well as the acronym DIY in the transaction details field

• We ask that you make the full payment in one transaction

• Following the transaction, please reply to our email entitled Remittance, and attach proof of your transaction (a PDF document or photo)

Thank you for your cooperation! Once payment has been received, we will reply to you by email as a final confirmation. You will receive full details of your itinerary a minimum of three days prior to your departure.

 

Step Four:

  Once booked, we’ll send you a full itinerary with all of your confirmation documents in one place. We’ll even include travelling tips for your specific area!

★ Cancellation (if your application has already been confirmed)

 

• DIY itineraries by plane: once confirmed are non-refundable.

• DIY itineraries by train: if written notification is received 10 days prior to departure (or earlier) there will be a 50% cancellation fee, if received within 10 days of departure, there will be no refund provided.

 

 

 

* We are not responsible for loss caused by weather, traffic, strikes or any other unforeseen circumstance(s). If required, we reserve the right to change to an equivalent accommodation, itinerary and/or attraction to visit. In the case of force majeure factors affecting your itinerary, we reserve the right to make any amendments to your final itinerary.
